The event is closed on the following days: November 25 and 26, 02, 09, 16, 24 and 31 December 2024, 06 and 07 January 2025

The entrance to Weihnachten im Tierpark can be found at Bärenschaufenster.
Arrival by public transport
- Subway line 5 (station "Tierpark", about 15 minutes from Alexanderplatz)

Please note that tickets do not include public transportation.
Approach by car
- Address: Am Tierpark 125, 10319 Berlin
- Two parking spaces are available for visitors arriving by car. The parking fee is €5.00. Only card payment is accepted at the on-site parking lot machines.
Personal admission time
In order to give you the best possible experience, admission for visitors is limited to 20 minutes. An admission time is stated on your ticket. Please pass through the entrance during the half hour indicated.
Example: If you have purchased a ticket for 17:40, you can arrive between 17:40 and 18:00 for admission. Of course you can stay longer than 20 minutes at Weihnachten im Tierpark linger.
