Yes. Adult visitors with disabilities require an adult ticket. Children with disabilities need a ticket for children. On presentation of a severely disabled person's ID card (mark B), an accompanying person receives free admission to Weihnachten im Tierpark. The accompanying person does not receive a ticket and must first fill out a form to record visitor data in order to track and trace possible chains of infection. Only then can the accompanying person pass through the entrance with the visitor. You can find the form for recording visitor data here.
No. If the ticket is lost, no replacement or reprint is possible. Likewise, no return or exchange of tickets is possible. Pursuant to Section 312g, paragraph 2, sentence 1, no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of revocation for the purchase of tickets despite the transaction being fundamentally a distance-selling transaction. This means that the two-week right of revocation and return is completely excluded when purchasing tickets.
Yes. If you are prevented from attending on the day of the event, you can change the name of your print@home or mobile ticket in your booking account at myticket.de. The reassignment takes place online. If you have received your ticket by post, it will be reassigned at the box office. Please bring the reassignment form with you, already filled out. You can find the form here.
If no more tickets are available online for a time slot, it is sold out and no more tickets will be available at the box office either.
To ensure an atmospheric experience for all guests, the admission time is staggered in 30 minute intervals. Your ticket will show the admission time.
