Your tickets purchased for January 9, 2026, have been automatically canceled by our ticket provider myticket. The amount will be refunded to you via the payment method or bank account used for the purchase. Please note that, depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to reach you.

Weihnachten im Tierpark open on January 10. We would be delighted to welcome you on our last opening day.

Note for customers with a promotion: Unfortunately, tickets booked through a promotion cannot be rebooked or canceled independently. In this case, please contact the issuer of the promotion so that a replacement solution can be found for you.
